Renowned for their strong community following, Bariatric Fusion faced the delicate challenge of implementing a brand refresh that resonated with both medical professionals and patients. The design needed to be serious enough for clinicians while remaining empathetic and flavor-forward, acknowledging the emotional complexity of the bariatric journey and recognizing that above all, flavor was paramount for long-term consumption.
The brand strategy focused on developing an intuitive, flexible system that could communicate complex product information across multiple forms and benefits. By leveraging deep consumer insights, we created an identity that positioned Bariatric Fusion as a supportive partner—using elements like a heart cue and a colorful wave shape to symbolize vitality and optimism, all while maintaining a tone of voice that was both genuine and aspirational.
